In our Raindrop Therapy technique, the Sacred Mountain essential oil blend of Spruce, Fir, Cedarwood, and Ylang Ylang, is applied from about six inches above the back, like raindrops, and massaged along the spine and the back. Hot compresses are also used in this gentle and comforting healing art, which focuses on enhancing spinal balance and alignment.(75 min., $100)

Acupressure

We combine essential oils with gentle but firm pressure, working with the same points and energy meridians treated in acupuncture. Stimulating energy points enables us to diminish discomfort by naturally facilitating the release of endorphins. Acupressure reduces tension and pain, restores balance, and facilitates energy flow. Excellent for encouraging deep relaxation for those suffering from chronic stress. You'll also learn simple self treatment techniques for relieving headaches, muscle pain and other common complaints.
